Petition of John Lovejoy for remuneration for apprehending John W. Young, a horse thief, was read and referred to the next legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of sundry persons in the Methodist Society in the town of Winthrop referring the same to the next Legislature was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

An additional Resolve directing the manner in which the laws shall be printed, laid on the table by Mr. Williams was read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on Accounts made a report which was read and accepted.

Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The House recede from their votes amending a Bill in addition to an Act entitled an Act to establish the Kennebec Boom Corporation and also from their votes nonconcurring in the amendments proposed by the Senate, adopt the amendments proposed by the Senate, and further amend as on sheet annexed and pass the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of J. Berry &c was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
