The House reconsider their vote of Yesterday whereby the assigned Tuesday next for the further consideration of the resolve providing for the amendments to the constitution of the state and assign the present time for the same The question on passing the same to be engrossed which was yesterday taken by yeas and nays as follows Yeas 118 Nays 44 was declared not to be a vote and the resolve was refused a passage Mr McCintock of Bristol then moved a reconsideration of the vote refusing the same a passage which vote was decided in the affirmative The question was then taken upon passing the Resolves to be engrossed by Yeas and Nays and decided as follows Yeas 117 Nays 52 ( see Appendix page) and the resolves refused a passage sent up for concurrence
