In Convention.
Agreeably to assignment the two Houses of the Legislature met in convention for the purpose of qualifying Counsellors elect. Mr Cogswell of the Senate was charged with a message informing Nathaniel Clark, Edmund Mann, Edward Williams, and Asa Clark that the two Houses of the Legislature are now assembled in Convention and are read to administer to them the necessary oaths to qualify them to enter upon their official duties.
