Mr Smith from the Committee on Manufactures to whom was referred an order to enquire into the expediency of revising the laws in our Trustee process so far that they may operate upon Foreigners coming into the State; Also that the same Committee may enquire into the expediency of regulating the sale of Laths in the County of Washington, made a Report asking leave to be discharged from the further consideration of the same, and that the same be referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
