On motion of Mr. Pierce, the Senate reconsider the vote whereby the Bill entitled an "Act in addition to an act regulating Judicial process and proceedings" returned by the Governor with his objections, was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary; and ordered that said Bill be referred to a Select Committee of the Senate consisting of Messrs. Emmons, Pierce & Groton.
