On motion of Mr. Smith, Ordered, that the Secretary of State be directed to procure a suitable and convenient Depository to be placed in some suitable place in the Senate Chamber, and also in the Hall of the Representatives, in which the files of each of said Branches may be safely kept - And that the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives be directed suitably to arrange the files of each Branch respectively, read and passed.
