Bill- An Act to incorporate the Brunswick Highschool, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Smith Female Seminary, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act additional, to promote the sale and settlement of the Public Land, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve for marking a road from Week's Mills in Brighton to Moose Head lake, was read a second time & on motion of Mr Chadwick of Gardiner indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act establishing the standard weight of Potatoes came from the Senate amended as on sheet annexed marked B. The House nonconcur the Senate in their proposed amendment at H agree to the other amendments, and pass the Bill to be engrossed as this amended. Sent up for concurrence.
