Based on the paper and the handwriting style, this is most certainly a copy of the 1794 treaty. It's also unlikely to be the original, because this was a treaty between the Passamaquoddy tribe and Massachusetts. The original, therefore, is most likely in Massachusetts. The title of the document should indicate that this is a copy and that the document on view was not created in 1794.
