By the Act of Congress, herewith published, 11886 men, including officers, are required to be detached from the Militia of this Commonwealth, held in readiness to march at a moments warning.  In conformity to the requisitions of the said Act, the Commander in Chief orders that the Detachment be immediately made from the Militia of this State; that the men be well armed and accoutered, that they be enrolled in companies as much together, & in the vicinity of each other, as possible; that the Infantry be formed into battalions and regiments; & that the whole be organized in proportion to their numbers, agreeably to the Militia Law of this Commonwealth.  The appointment to the several Divisions, will be as follows, vis.
