The same gentleman from the same Committee reported leave to withdraw on petition of Courtney Babbidge; read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Kelsey from the Committee on State Lands, to which was referred the petition of George Kimball and others, made a report which was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill additional to an act regulating Judicial process and proceedings, Bill to prevent and punish injuries to Booms & Rafts, Bill to incorporate the town of Marion, Resolve in favor of Timothy Hall Jr. Resolve in favor of Edward J. Gay; severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve respecting lands on the Isle of Holt, read once and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Mr. Rogers from the Committee on the Judiciary to which was referred an order instructing them to inquire into the expediency of providing by law, that no suit hereafter shall be defeated by the intervention of a trustee process; made a report, which was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The Senate reconsider the vote whereby they accepted the report of the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals giving leave to withdraw on petition of John Creighton and others, and Moses Copeland & others and recommit the said petition for further consideration, of which the House was informed by Message,
