Blake and Levi Johnson are the constitutional Candidates fore - said vacancy; and that this Board propose a Convention of the two Houses at eleven o oclock tomorrow in the Representative's "Call for the purpose of supplying the same and to ask their concurrence, which message was delivered by the Secretary.
