The same gentleman from the same Committee reported notice to the next Legislature, on petition of Enoch Craig Jr. and others, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the town of Naples, (reported by Mr. Cobb from the Committee on Incorporation of Town on the petition of sundry inhabitants of Otisfield, Harrison, Bridgton, Sebago and Raymond,) was read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr. Bradbury from the Committee on State Roads, to which were referred the report of Silas Barnard, Agent, appointed to locate a road from Brighton to Moose head Lake, reported that the route located by said Agent ought to be accepted and adopted. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to regulate the Survey of Lumber in the County of Kennebec, reported by Mr. Bradbury from the Joint Select Committee, to which was referred the petition of sundry inhabitants of the County of Kennebec, was read once and ordered to lie on the table, and that two hundred and fifty copies be printed for the use of the Legislature.

Mr. Farnham from the Committee on Agriculture, reported leave to withdraw on petition of George W. Stanley and others, and Joshua Carpenter and others; read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
