On motion of Mr Talbot; Ordered that the Messenger of the Senate be requested at all times previous to the hour of prayers, to give notice to all persons in the entries and lobbys adjourning the Senate Chamber and that during the time of prayers, he be requested, as much as possible, to prevent persons from coming in and going out with all other noise and disturbance inconsistent with the devotional services.
