On motion of Mr Talbot, Ordered that the Messenger of the Senate be requested at all times previous to the hour of prayers, to give notice to all persons in the entries and lobby adjourning the Senate Chamber and that during the time of praters, he be requested, as much as possible, to prevent persons from coming in and going out with all other noise and disturbance inconsistent with the devotional services.
