Bill to incorporate the Machias Bank to regulate private Booms on Kennebec River came up from the House amended. The Senate recede from their votes passing the same to be engrossed, adopt the amendments proposed by the House and pass the same to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.

Report of the Committee on Banks and Banking, giving leave to withdraw on petition of Benjamin Libbey was taken up, read and accepted.

Resolve in favor of the Road from Brighton to Moosehead Lake came up from the House indefinitely postponed. The Senate nonconcur the House in the indefinite postponement of said Resolve and insist on their former vote passing the same to be engrossed.
