Mr. Greene, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported leave to withdraw on petition of A.R. Mitchell and Moses Chandler, and others; and legislation inexpedient on the following orders to wit; relative to the license laws - relative to pauperism in the state - relative to the assessment and collection of taxes - relative to sheriffs and Deputy Sheriffs leaving abstract of their fees with persons on whom they serve writs or executions - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred

Bill additional concerning the limits of Highways (reported by Mr Greene, from the Committee on the Judiciary on an order relative to that subject) read once and tomorrow at mine o'clock assigned for a second reading.
