Col. S.H. Long, reported that the same be deposited in the Office of the Secretary of State read and accepted.

Bill further to regulate the fees of County Attornies came up - the House having reconsidered their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, amended the same and ordered said Bill reengrossed as amended and the concurrence of the Senate requested. The Senate reconsider their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House and order the same to be reengrossed as amended in concurrence.

Bill additional concerning meeting houses came up - the House, insisting on their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, propose a Conference. The Senate nonconcur with the House in their proposition for a Conference and adhere to their vote referring the same to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.
