Item. I give and bequeath unto my two daughters, vizt. Sarah Hollon and Elizabeth Haggens, the southerly half of that lot of Land which I purchased of John Murray, and also that whole lot I purchased of Samuel Pray, and also what I purchased of Thomas Gubtail; all in Berwick aforesaid, to them heirs and assigns forever, in equal halves. Item. I give and bequeath unto my two grandsons, the sons of my daughter Mary Wentworth decd. vitz. Tilley Went- worth, one hundred Pounds and to Michael Wentworth seventy five Pounds, as they each come of twenty one years of age and to their sister Joanna twenty five Pounds when she comes of eighteen years of age; the whole to be paid by my three sons, in equal proportion, as above.
