Item. My will further is, that all other Eftate both real + per- fonal, not herein before mentioned, be equally divided between my three fons before named, they equally pay ing all my just debts and funeral charges, and the [word here lined out - unreadable] above mentioned legacies when due. In the laft place I appoint and ordain my wife, Mary Haggens, and my fon John Haggens Executors of this my laft will and teftament, renouncing and making void all or any other will or wills by me before made, ratifying and confirming this and this only to be my laft Will + Teftament. -- I witnefs whereof I have hereunto fet my hand and feal the day and year first above men- tioned~.
