I have had patients if you gave them any thing torn they would tear it up. Give them a whole blanket and they would keep it. If they saw any thing began they wanted to see it finished. Q. According to your knowledge of their necessities and wants did they have attendants enough to attend to feeble cases? A. I dont think they did Q. Enough to get them what was necessary? A. Not as it should be I dont think Q. Do you mean to say that the reason for that neglect was that there were not enough attendants for the number that were there? A. No, sir.
