recruiting for this Regt or ask the Colonel I inlisted as a private and am now third Sargt. and I am vane enough to think that I stand as well as any Noncommissioned Officers in this Regt, you know the standing of my Fathers family so if you are so minded and think me worthy I should be happy to except
