[Senate concur in election of Genl Ripley.] Notice came from the Senate informing this House of their concurrence in the election of James W Ripley to command the 13th Division of the Militia of this State.

[Bill to establish a Court of Sessions--] Bill "to establish a Court of Sessions." In Senate June 27th 1820 Passed to be engrossed Sent down for concurrence Read a first, second and third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill-- enacted.] The Committee on engrossed bills-- report-- as duly engrossed Bill entitled "an Act incorporating certain persons for the purpose of building a bridge uniting the towns of Eastport & Perry." which passed to be enacted

[Bill-- to prevent introduction of Paupers &c] Bill from the Senate entitled "an Act to prevent the introduction of paupers from foreign ports or places" came down for concurrence. Read a first, second and third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
