[Notice to Governor of election of Genl Ripley] Ordered, that the Secretary of State be directed to inform the Governor that the two branches of the Legislature have elected James W Ripley Esqr Major General to command the 13th Division of the Militia of this State. [Report of Conference on Law for support of Poor &c] The Committee of conference appointed on the subject of difference between the two houses on the subject of the Bill entitled "an Act for the further relief and support, employment and removal of the Poor" have considered the principles of the Bill and report that the said Bill be referred to the next session of the present Legislature and in the mean time be published in such Newspapers as shall print the Statute Laws of the State-- Your committee
