Know ye That upon the 13th day of February Anno Domini 1758 before me at York in said County the Instrum.t above written (purporting the last Will & Testament of Andrew Neal late of Kittery in said County Dec) was presented for Probate by James Neal Sole Executor therein named When appeared John Heard Bartlet Josiah Bridges & Abraham Lord test (Testator?) Witnesses thereto Subscribed, who made Oath that they saw the said Andrew Neal Sign & Seal & heard him declare [?] instrument to be his last Will and testament and that he was then of a sound disposing mind to their best Discerning, and that they Subscribed their names as witnesses thereto in the Testators Presence.  I do therefore allow and approve of the said Instrum.t as the last will and Testament of the said Dec. and do commit the Admin [?] thereof in all matters the same concerning and of his Estate whereof he died seized and possessed unto the above named Executor well & faithfully to execute the said will; and to Administer ye. Estate of ye. (?) Dec. according thereunto; and that he make a true & perfect Inventory of all and Singular the Goods Chattels Rights and Credits of the said Dec. and exhibit the Same into the Registry office
