On the petition of sundry persons in the third regiment second brigade & eighth division, approved & recommended by major general Dearborn, the Commander in chief having had the advice of Council, there-upon orders, that Major general Dearborn be, and he hereby is authorised to raise one other company of Cavalry in said brigade, in addition to the company already established in said brigade.
