[Senate concur in postponing choice of Secretary & Treasury.]

Mr Speaker, The Senate have so far receded from their vote of this morning proposing a convention of both Houses at nine o clock tomorrow morning as relates to the election of a Secretary & Treasurer of State and concur with the House in postponing the election of those officers to some future period - and then he withdrew.

Ordered that the Treasurer of State be requested to furnish the House of Representatives with a regular statement and account of the receipts and expenditures of all public money, agreeably to Article 5th. Part 4th Sec. 4th of the Constitution.
