Message of Governor Message from the Governor, Penobscot Indians To the Senate and House of Representatives I have received from the agents of the Penobscot tribe of Indians a communication suggesting sundry grievances which, in their opinion ought to be remedied, which communica-tion I submit to the Legislature for their consid-eration.
