The order of this house requesting of the Senate a return of the Bill entitled an act to enable the proprietors of social, military and law libraries to manage the same came back with the Bill - on motion of Mr. McCobb The vote passing said bill to be engrossed is reconsidered and the Bill is committed to Messrs McCobb of Phipsburg, Wilson of Bingham and Carr of Bowdoinham.
