An order of the Senate directing the committee ^appointed[inserted above] to consider and report at what place the next Legislature shall assemble, to enquire into the expediency of raising a a[crossed out] Committee whose duty it shall be to visit such towns as the may think proper, and designate some central + suitable place at which the seat of Government may be perma-nently fixed and established, and the time when it will be proper to remove to such place, came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

Bill -Minl. + School Fund Andover The Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the ministeri-al and School funds of Andover which passed this House the 23d inst. came from the Senate amend-ed in a new draft for the concurrence of the House - and the House concurred.

Bill - Maine Lodge Bill to incorporate the Master, Wardens and Members of the Maine Lodge — was read a 1st & 2nd time and tomorrow at 10' o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Report on pet of Selectment of Foxcraft The committee on the petition of the Selectmen of Foxcroft for aid to reported a reference of the subject to the committee on New Trials. The report accepted in Senate came down for concur-rence — and the House concurred.
