Committee to receive Treasurers Bond - An order of the Senate appointing Messrs McDonald and Buxton with such as the House may join a com-mittee to receive the bond to be given by the Treasurer of the State for the performance of the duties of his office, came down for concurrence — and the House con-curred and Messrs Pond of Bucksport, Crowell of Waterville + Flint of New Vineyard were joined.

Bill - Burnt Meadow Brook Canal The Bill "to incorporate Samuel Bean + others for the purpose of making a Canal on burnt Meadow Brook so called ^in[inserted above] the town of Brownfield in the County of Oxford" which passed this House 29 inst. came from the Senate amended at A.
