[Committee to consider if alterations are necessary in Cumberland & Oxford Canals Corporation &c] On motion of Genl. Perley of Bridgton Ordered, That Mr Perley of Bridgton, Wilson of Boothbay and Gower of Industry be a committee to enquire what alterations, if any should be made in the act incorporating the Cumberland and Oxford Canals corporation passed 15 March last with leave to report by bill or otherwise — read and passed.

[Report of Committee on appointment Resolve —] The committee to whom was referred the consideration of passing a Resolve explanatory of the Resolve apportioning the representatives — reported a resolve — which was read and accepted.

[Resolve — explanatory of appointment Resolve —] Resolve, explanatory of the Resolve passed March 22 1822 entitled a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns & plantations & on the first apportionment —was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Report on Pet. of Unity] The committee on the petition of the Selectmen of Unity, reported an order of notice. The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Report on pet. of Samuel A Whitney —] The committee on the petition of Samuel Whitney in behalf of the town of Monroe, reported leave to bring in a bill — report read and accepted.
