Message from the Senate by Mr Smith their Secretary, Mr Speaker, The Senate propose a convention of both Houses in the Representatives Chamber at 12 oclock this day for the purpose of administering the oaths of office to Jonathan Farrar Esqr. Counsellor elect. The House concurred & the Clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith.
