Whereas an order of Notice, has been served on the President, Directors and Company of the Castine Bank to appear on Thursday the 15th day of February instant for the purposes mentioned in said order - Therefore.

Ordered That Messrs Page, Potter + O'Brien with such as the House may join be a Committee for the purpose of hearing said Corporation in respect to such facts as may appear relating to their situation and transactions and particularly those state in the report of James Bridge and others, appoin-ted under a Resolve of June last and to consider what further measures are advisable for the Leg-islature to adopt in regard to said Bank and to report by Bill or otherwise.
