I Ephraim Dyer on both say and declare that I have no real nor personal nor any in serve whatever my company clothing and bedding excepted - except for the following five acre of land 1 small house 1 small barn 3 cows 1 yoke of oxen - nine sheep My furniture and farming tools worth but only little a laboring man but by infirmity am not now able to do any work a number of year last no other family am not able to support myself and wife without pension
