Agreeably to previous notice, Mr Bixby moved a reconsideration of the vote referring the Bill "ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement and providing for the relief and support, employment and removal of the poor" to the next Legislature which motion prevailed.

Committee of conference on the Bill "to organize govern and discipline the Militia of this State" make a report which is accepted - and the Bill as amended by said Committee is passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
