[Clapboards, Hoops, Staves] expediency of revising and amending the law for the admeasurement of Boards and regulating the tale of Shingles, Clapboards, Hoops & Staves & for other purposes — also, of revising the law providing for the inspection of Shooks, reported two several Bills — report read & accepted

[Bill - additional respecting Hogshead Shooks &c] Bill, "in addition to an act regulating Hogshead Shooks" passed march 20th 1821 — read 1st & 2nd time and 1/2 past 2 o'clock this afternoon assigned for a third reading.

[Bill - additional - admeasurement of boards - tale of shingles &c] Bill, "in addition to an act for the admeasurement of Boards and regulating the tale of Shingles, Clapboard, Hoops, Staves and for other purposes" passed march 16th 1821" read a 1st & 2nd time and 1/2 past 2 o'clock this afternoon assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - right of road -] The Bill "regulating the right of the road" which passed this House 24th ulto. came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature, for the concurrence of the House — but the House refused to concur in the reference.

[Bill - school fund, Dexter.] The Bill "to establish a School Fund in the town of Dexter" which passed this House 29 ulto, came from the Senate amended & taken into a new draft for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred

[Rep - on law respecting Bowdoin College —] The committee appointed to consider what alterations are necessary in "an act to alter the law respecting Bowdoin College" reported a Bill - report read & accepted.

[Bill - additional - Bowdoin] Bill entitled an additional act respecting Bowdoin College — was read 1st & 2nd time & 1/2 past 2 oclock this afternoon assigned for a 3d reading.

[Rep. on pet. of Caleb Marsh & als —] The committee on the petition of Caleb Marsh & others of
