Isaac Clark et al] The committee on Incorporation of Towns to whom was referred the petition of Isaac Clark and others, praying that a part of towns of Phillips and Truman may be Incorporated into a town - also a remonstrance from the town of Phillips - reported that the petitions er has leave to bring in a Bill.
