On motion of Mr. McDonald, Ordered that Messrs McDonald and Whitney with such as the House may join, be a committee to consider what method shall be adopted to provide for the promulgation and distribution of the laws of the State, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise: sent down for concurrence - came up concurred, and Messrs Bodwell, Parker and Merrill were joined.
