[Opinion of S.J.Court committed.]

On motion of Col Currier the opinion of the Supreme Judicial Court on the constitutional question submitted to them relative to the apportionment of Representation was read, and with the report of the Committee of this House upon the same subject referred to Messrs Currier, Abbot, Emery, Wilson and Delano.
