On motion by Mr. Holland, ordered that the Secretary of State notify the Governor that the two Houses of the Legislature on the second day of March current, elected Richard T. Dunlap of Brunswick Major General of the "fourth Division of the Militia of this State. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Afternoon, The Senate reconsidered their vote whereby they assigned 10 oclock tomorrow for the second reading of the Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State and assigned the present time

Mr. Churchill from the Committee reported the Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State and also the Roll of accounts therewith committed and the Resolve was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Bill additional to an Act respecting Fisheries in the waters of Vinalhaven came up passage refused and the Senate adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed, Sent down.
