[Committee concerning Public Buildings in York County] On motion of Mr. Dennett, ordered that Messrs McDonald, Dennet & Usher be a committee to consider the expediency of restricting the Court of Sessions for the County of York from erecting a jail or any other County buildings at the expense of the County, without the consent of the people of said county as to the location of such buildings.
