upon that subject reported a Bill additional to the several Acts directing the method of laying out, and making provision for the repair and amendment of highway, which was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-

The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed to be enacted, the Bill to incorporate the town of Maxfield, adopt an amendment, and now pass the Bill to be enacted.-
