The Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals to whom was referred the petition of Henry Babb praying for an exclusive right of navigating the waters of Sebago Pond, with steam vessels &c for twenty years - Reported that the petitioner cause an attested copy of his petition with this order thereon to be published in the Eastern Argus and Portland Gazette three weeks successively, the last publication to be sixty days at least before the first wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature - Read - accepted and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred -
