Petition of William Thomas of Prospect to be divorced from his wife, committed in the House to the committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence, and was read and concurred.-

Petition of Moses Wells and als. for a law to prevent the sale of spirituous liquors at religious meetings, and Petition of Joseph Prime and als. for alteration of the act incorporating the Trustees of the ministerial funds in Berwick, committed in the House to the committee on Parishes &c. came up for concurrence, and were read and concurred.-

Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied, viz. Bill to incorporate the town of Maxfield, and Bill to incorporate the White Mountain Stage Company, and they were passed to be enacted.- also

[Resolve passed]

Resolve confirming the doings of the Trustees of North Yarmouth Academy, and Resolve relating to the location of the Judicial Courts in the County of York, and they were passed.-

Bill to provide for the sale and disposition of Ministerial and school lands, came up with an amendment in which the Senate concur and pass the same to be engrossed.-
