[Order respecting Deaf & Dumb]

On motion of Mr. McDonald, Ordered that the Secretary of State lay before the Legislature, all returns made to his office, pursuant to a Resolve of Feb. 6th. 1823, to ascertain the number of deaf and dumb persons in this State: sent down for concurrence: concurred.
