[Order respecting Deaf & Dumb]

On motion of Mr. McDonald, Ordered that the Secretary of State lay before the Legislature, all returns made to his office, pursuant to a Resolve of Feb. 6th. 1823, to ascertain the number of deaf and dumb persons in this State: sent down for concurrence: concurred.

Mr. Dennett from the committee to whom was referred the account of Ebenezer C. Wilder reported a Resolve in favor of Ebenezer C. Wilder, which can read once and committed, and 2 oclock P.M. assigned for a 2d reading.-
