Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns, Plantations and Classes on the apportionment, and Resolve in addition to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, &c. on the first apportionment : and they were passed.-

Mr. Dennett from the committee to whom was referred the "Resolve laying a tax on the several Counties, reported that the same ought not to pass, which report was accepted : He then reported a new Resolve laying a tax on the several Counties, which was read twice and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence.-
