Mr. Holland from the Committee on petition of the Medical society of Maine, reported

Bill to incorporate certain persons by the name of “The General Hospital of Maine,” which was read once and committed to Messr. Stebbins, Dunn and Fairbanks, and tomorrow at 10 Oclock assigned for a 2d Reading.

The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table, a message from the Governor accompanyed [accompanied] by the account of Samuel F. Hussey one of the Agents of the Penobscot Indians, which was read and committed to Messr. Kelsey and Parsons
