While with me recollection remains, I shall remember with pleasure the time spent at this Board during the present session. For the honor done me by your approval of my conduct while presiding over your deliberations, permit me, Gentlemen, to express my unfrined thanks to each and every member of this Board. Be assured, Gentlemen, that my best whishes attend you. May your usefulness as public men be |
