Petition of Jonathan Whiting & als & report thereon, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence & the House concurred.
Bill revoking the charter of the Kennebec Bank reported by the Committee on banks & Banking, was read a 1st & 2nd & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading, and thereupon on motion of McCobb, it was Ordered, that the report of the committee be published in the Eastern Argus for the information of the public.
