An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the committee on State Lands to ascertain the circumstances relating to the sale of a half Township of Land by the Land Agent to Joshua Carpenter &c - and the House concurred.
Bill - concerning Bible Societies, Religious Tract Societies and Societies for improvement in sacred Music, was read once & ordered to lie on the table
Report on the Governors Special Message of Janry 24th 1827 was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
